The One That Got Away

A loving man in a distant land.

So far but so near, send his love from highlands till here

I think they were destined for one another.

From separate lands, they found each others.

The faith paves way for them through their grandmothers.

It's the moment I called Forever.

A love that defies the  space and time.

A love that grew and found online.

They share memories in laughter and in tears.

Surfing on the ocean of life, they found their adventures.

Others may hundreds or thousands, but some people only have today.

The horizon separate the lands from night and day.

" I'm excited to see you " is the last word she said

Loving a man in a distant land .

From here to misty highlands .

The boundary is set and he is gone.

Now she is sending her love not on the internet nor in highlands.
